I spent most of my 20s and early 30s pushing through everything. I grew up believing my brain was my best asset. So I lived in my head, felt awkward, too tall, too visible, too exposed. I built a business in social and environmental impact, convinced I could pour into the world from an empty cup. Burnout and a herniated disc proved me wrong. When I finally had to stop, I looked for help and found nobody who talked about body reconnection the way my brain needed it. Too spiritual, too vague, nothing I could actually make sense of. So I did the work myself, tested everything, kept what was explainable, ditched what wasn't. And I share it all here for women wired the same way.
I write about what I'm figuring out: burnout recovery, reconnecting with your body through movement, nervous system stuff that actually makes sense. No pressure, just what I'm picking up along the way.
It simply conveys better the genuine intentions behind a project. In this video, I’ll explain in why I want to share my insights and experiences with you.

Post-Burnout/Injury
You pushed until your body made you stop. Now you're figuring out what comes after.
Body Disconnected
You know something's off between you and your body. You just don't know when it started.
Rational minds
You need to understand why something works before you try. Vague wellness advice isn't for you.
Career-driven
You built everything you were supposed to build. Then your body or your mind said enough.
Lifelong Beginners
You're not trying to master anything. You just want to keep starting, keep learning, and feel okay being new.
